Frequently Asked Questions

What is a VPN?

Using a VPN is not mandatory when you are connected to an IPTV service. But it’s one of the best ways to ensure a secure and private connection to the internet.

A VPN can also help you overcome ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling, which is a common issue whenever you’re streaming video content or downloading files online. Since a VPN hides your IP and encrypts your traffic, your ISP can’t see what you’re doing. This means that it cannot throttle your connection based on your activity.

Best recommended VPNs are Surfshark and NordVPN.

What is a MAC address?

A MAC address is a unique identifier assigned to each device. In the context of our IPTV service, the MAC address is required only for specific boxes such as Mag, Formuler, BuzzTV and TVIP to authenticate and access our streaming content.

You can find your device’s MAC address on the backside of your device.

How can I select multiple countries in the preferred countries section?

To choose multiple countries in the preferred countries section, follow these steps:

  • For Mac computer:
Press and hold the “Command” key, then select the desired countries.
